Clever Clinic

This is an amazing EPR. The ability to upload photos dictate easily and move through the patient pathway is brilliant compared to other platforms. I am managing my clinic really well and I’m very grateful to Clever Clinic as I would’ve had to sign up to several hundred pounds a month for all my staff to use such software. There are a few technical know how’s you need to get round such as follow-up vs repeat appointments and email set up but with the excellent level of support you get navigating these issues is a simple hurdle and once you are on your way the whole platform is just brilliant. I can’t thank you enough I look forward to developing my business without the hassle and cost of other more clunky Patent management systems

As an aesthetics doctor, I have been using Clever Clinic in my practice for over a year now. It is simple to use, logically taking you through the patient journey, incorporating assessment, consent, treatment and finances. It allows you to personalise all documentation, and any IT issues I’ve had have been promptly and personally addressed, either by email or phone. My only gripe is the inability to compare ‘before & after’ images for the patient, but I hope that is in the making…

We have been using this software for a month and it has been incredible! I have tried many clinic software which has never come close to this.. Amazing and easy to use and navigate and everything at your finger tips, the support is first class and quick to respond to any questions we have had.
