GoMLS could request showing on the go while with clients in the field. This just shows information about the property like in realist. There is a message option to message the listing agent but that never works as it only messages them in the app. So if they don’t have the app then no answer. This is actually a downgrade from GoMLS! What use is the app if you can’t request showings?! This is supposed to be a useful tool for agents.

This app makes it super easy to see current MLS listings and public records at the same time. I use it all the time while I’m on the road. It also lets you search nationwide by owner name which I find very useful.
