I’ve been using the Showami mobile app for over a year now, and from a user experience standpoint, it’s been excellent. The app is always evolving, and you can tell they’re consistently making improvements that actually matter for agents in the field. Notifications come through right away, which is huge when you’re trying to pick up showing opportunities or stay on top of requests. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. I can quickly view my schedule in the calendar, track upcoming showings, and manage my day without any confusion. It keeps everything organized in one place, which saves a lot of time. Communication through the app is also very straightforward. Whether I’m coordinating with another agent or confirming details, it’s quick and efficient. If you’re a showing agent, it’s incredibly easy to browse and accept opportunities. On the other side, if you’re a listing agent, property manager, or part of a real estate support team, creating and managing requests is simple and seamless. Beyond the functionality, the experience of working with other professionals on the platform has been great. It really feels like a supportive network where everyone is working together to deliver a high level of service to clients. Overall, this is one of the most dependable and user friendly apps in the real estate space. It helps create flexibility, keeps your business moving, and makes it easy to collaborate with others in the industry. Highly recommend it to anyone in real estate looking for a reliable and efficient tool.

I’ve been on the Showami platform for a couple years now and never had an issue before. I’m here now because it’s been almost 2 months and I’ve yet to receive payment for a showing I did at first the app showed it like the payment wasn’t collected by the agent who posted the showing opportunity. I contacted her. She said she paid and shared the receipt with me. It took 2 weeks before I received an answer for Showami stating there was a tax document I needed to fill out in the app 🤔 nothing in the app said such a thing. So then they said oh you have to log on to the desktop. So I did. Filled out the tax payer info. Weird. Pretty sure I did that when I signed up. Lady said great, we are sending your payment right away. Weeks later still no payment. I’ve emailed a few times. No response. I called and they said they’ll let the manager know to call me back. No call back. I emailed again recently and I’m told I have to update my payout account info. Um. What?! And I can’t even verify what payment account info I previously entered because the app doesn’t work like that. I have to blindly enter it again and assume it is still in there. I’ve done the payout account updates at least 10 times in the last few months so there shouldn’t be a single thing wrong with my payout account. They won’t respond to my email requests now. I just want my money that’s owed to me.

When I first heard of this app I was very intrigued, I’ve always done side gigs like Uber, Lyft, instacart, Postmates, roadie. Now that I am a realtor, I find this as a great tool for buyer agents as well as showing agents. Showing agents get the chance to get paid doing what we love without much pressure of advising, as their agent. Buyer agents get the chance to maximize direct producing hours through leverage. I did a showing for an agent in Columbia SC, it was an easy, smooth process. I was compensated within a few days. Showami is a great innovation. I am excited to see the growth in this app over the next few weeks! Showami was something the real estate market needed that has now been fulfilled!
