Tried using this app to find a new family doctor. After fumbling through the registration process I was unable to actually schedule a visit as there are no doctors in my area. Before I could get there though I was required to give out unnecessary information regarding my race and gender. I don’t really understand the point of this app, they claim to be the only app doing this on their website but there are Plenty companies out there providing this service like zoc doc. This app and service has been a total waste of my time. I would like to add the response to the bad reviews and (my own) are automated and full of information that does not apply if you only have a singular doctor in Georgia.
Great concept and easy to use, but I literally cannot access a single doctor - says no doctors available. It will go far with doctors added. Will use when it has progressed in the future
