“Let me just say, if Michelangelo were alive today, he’d toss his chisel in the trash and download this app. Why? Because my glutes are becoming masterpieces, one lunge at a time.
This app is a rollercoaster of sweat, self-discovery, and occasional swearing. The app’s design is simple and sleek, much like how my thighs now feel. The workouts are intense but manageable (read: you’ll curse, but you’ll finish). Each day feels like a personal pep talk from a fitness coach who secretly loves seeing you suffer. The video guides are clear and engaging, and there’s even a satisfying little ding when you complete a day—like earning a gold star for surviving.
If you’re on the fence, just download it. Your glutes will thank you, your legs will protest, and your jeans will applaud. But be warned: sitting down will never feel the same again—mostly because you’ll be too busy flexing.”

I’m in the middle of my 3rd 30 day challenge and it definitely is improving my legs and backside. The workouts are not intense but they are progressing and I can feel a challenge at the end of each brief session. I’m reading complaints about the subscription but just complete the level you’re on and the next opens up, for free. Beyond the noticeable improvements to my lower half, what it’s really done is establish a daily need to DO SOMETHING. My thanks to the creators!

It works. Good motivation. I don’t like working out but it feels more like a game, u can complete levels, have a percentage of workouts left per level while u get a bigger booty. Got it a couple weeks ago. Been doing multiple workouts a day. Definite difference. Booty is getting bigger n I’m only half way done with the beginner level. Only crashed on me once. I wish there wasn’t an ad before every workout tho. I’m all ready in position to start my workout and I have to get up to press skip ad. But at least it’s a free app.
