I use the app pretty frequently to check my records and most importantly view my appointments and schedule extra ones when needed,but now it wont allow me to log in. i’ve tried the forgot my password function but it tells me servers are busy. since that i’ve gone as far as to contact them through email, but i believe there was a miscommunication of some sort because the information i received was not helpful. please help AHF...

This app would be great if it could be accessed. I’ve been able to use it only with administrative help. The server is always busy or down every time I try to log in or change my password. Server busy. Please try again later. Should be the name of the app! Pointless!

App won’t let you register a new user. Takes FOREVER to load, then gives a “server busy” response, then there are no options for “age bracket” then the app shuts down. No help from chat or customer service. Even the full site online will not function correctly.
