Receipt upload cannot recognise information most of the time. When selecting the dates and time, the buttons cannot show the numbers in the scrolling interface. After updating to this version, members cannot enjoy extra point redemption of free parking after spending.

Most of the time, the OCR can’t recognize receipts. It takes a long time to read receipts but at last after a prolonged period of time waiting, nothing could be recognized. The manual data input is also annoying. Why do we need to enter the receipt time in the unit of seconds. Why can’t we just specify the receipt time as hh:mm? It also takes a long time in the matter of days before points are credited. The whole Sino app experience is bad, slow and non-responsive.

A highly desirable improvement is to retain the login for much longer so that users don’t need to login again that often.
