Hey there! I just wanted to share my thoughts on the mobile app for purchasing game tickets. I recently used it to buy a ticket for a football game and I have to say, I was really impressed! Finding the game I wanted to attend was super easy and the process for buying the ticket was seamless. The app was also really user-friendly and intuitive, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I’m really satisfied with the app and will definitely use it again!
I have tried for the past 2 games to get my tickets and this app fails to work every time. I got to claim my student pass and nothing shows up so I exit the app then come back and then it says “you may only claim one ticket” so I check to see if my tickets are there and what do you know they aren’t there I wish there was someone to talk to to get this figured out!
The app worked great for selling tickets for the game I had to miss, and it’s easy to find and filter the schedules for the different sports. The “add to Apple wallet” feature will not work. I’ve tried for every home game so far this season, and it never works. This needs to be fixed. Also, Gameday information should be available in the main part of the app. You shouldn’t have to log into your ticket account to find out if the game is a black out, white out, etc. People without season tickets should be able to find this info. I’d also like to see a Touch ID option for managing my ticket account. Please fix these for a 5 star rating.
