I’ve discovered an amazing app that transforms the way I charge my car! Not only does it keep track of my charging history and suggest the best times to plug in, but it actually rewards me with cash for using it! By letting the app manage my charging schedule, I’ve earned over $400 in just the last year—just for doing something I’d do anyway: charge my car. It’s truly a win-win situation! Why wouldn’t you want to get paid for something so simple?

I recently installed this app, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Firstly, I attempted to change my settings but was unable to do so. Ever since the installation, my home charger has not been responding the way it used to.
Additionally, I can’t remove my vehicles without contacting support and waiting for a response, which feels unnecessary. Why can’t I manage that myself? I also wanted to increase the amperage on my charger to 48a, something I could easily do before installing the app, as I need my vehicle fully charged for the next day. Now, the app has blocked my charger from charging at a higher amperage.
I’ve requested to close my account, and I was informed that it takes up to 7 days to process. Overall, this has not been a good experience, and I find the app to be quite useless for my needs. I hope improvements are made soon.

I downloaded this app for my utility co benefits. Unfortunately, when setting up an account in app it did not give the option to connect to the utility co. The connect to utility button shows up in app only after you have an account. The kicker is that it wants you to make a new account to have that benefit but you need to use the email associated with the utility co, which was the email I used to sign up for the account initially. Thus it would not allow me to make a new account connected with my utility co. I proceeded to delete my account to hopefully free up the email to make new account . . . It has been a few weeks and I am still not able to make a new account.
Long story short the account handling processes/execution is fundamentally flawed and gates from benefits that you are entitled to (assuming you doing this for utility co monitoring) .
