EV Plug In

I downloaded the app for use on 3 visits a year I make to Ireland. The registration procedure is misleading and hard to understand. On registration £20 was taken out from my linked account and then £4.99 taken from that figure. I thought this amount was for a card I ordered and linked to my Bank Account. It was not! It was for a monthly subscription. On looking through the app no Chargers were shown which made the app pointless. I reported this to Customer Relations and to their credit they refunded the full amount and my account was closed.

For a full charge it always take two hours or 1 and a half hours . however, the apps sometimes let you know it’s vacant, but when you reach there somebody else is on the machine. It need to be faster with updating who is on the charging point.

I am extremely pleased with service provided to EV car owners by ESB energy. Your app is super handy, and your fees on charges is good value for money compared to the BP plus. Moreover, no subscription fee is required. Huge shout out to your customer service team, the level of professionalism of your advisor is second to none! ;)
