The app currently works great. The wait time was a little longer because they have fewer drivers than Uber but the experience was good, and the price was cheaper. I’m a fan
I am an early adopter of this app, and have had high hopes since their founding. I’ve also received really awesome promotional offers as just a regular customer and as an early adopting customer. Could never take advantage because literally every time I proceed to the step where I need to confirm my pickup, the app crashes. Ongoing issue since I first downloaded the app many many months ago. Potential, but can’t use an app that always crashes guys ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
This app has potential. It really does; it just needs the right people, the right engineers to put it all together. If I was working on velo app, I would never allow it to have errors prior to release. I am looking forward to using and riding with velo.
