Was a great app but the update before last made switching between days so much more complicated. You could toggle from day to day or from shift to shift previously and it was so smooth. Now you have to leave the page by opening the entire month to switch to a different day. Please change it back. Other than that still a great app. 3 stars for now. Back to 5 if it changes back.

Solid app—works well for picking up shifts. Appreciate how the system also syncs with Google calendar. It would be nice if it would directly sync to iCal for quicker updates. Biggest issue is that I’m on two fire/EMS agencies that both use iOps. There’s no easy way to manage both from the app. It would be nice if they could build in a way to toggle quickly between both agencies’ schedules/accounts without having to log out and in all the time.

Our company has very difficult scheduling needs in order to cover our flight crews and aircraft. iOps360 has made it very easy for us to cover shifts, vacation, sick days and training. This is the only feature we use. One recommendation would be to have the ability to hide features you don’t need to make it more streamlined.
