I like that everything is on one place, requests, messages, reminders. I’ve rented in a few buildings before and this is the first time the tech actually makes the process better instead of harder.
The app’s been really easy to use so far. I reported a broken fridge handle using the video option, and someone came out the next day. It’s nice not having to call or email every time something needs fixing. I can also pay rent straight through it, which is super convenient.
The new app makes managers my properties way easier. I can see what’s going on with each home without logging into a computer, and the financial report’s update automatically.
