So I am currently a sonography student, and I was in search for literature and apps that would help me further understand anatomy, technique, and just sonography in general. That being said, the way that this app was advertised seemed really good and so I bought this and the one for the phone that would act as the “transducer“. Once I opened both, I realized that the transducer practice was just a very short, small video type thing and the techniques and “scanning“ pieces were videos that were not even synchronizing with my phone to recreate the way it would look. Needless to say sonography school is not cheap And I went to the website to try to find a place to reach out to them to get a refund, but I couldn’t find where to do that which could totally be on me. But I see that they are very active on here responding to reviews so hopefully I hear from them soon!
This app is great and all, but I have been using it on my friend’s device and I don’t believe that it should have subscription plans for this kind of education
This looked like it was going to be amazing, so I purchased a 1 month Pro subscription PLUS the subscription to use my iPhone as a probe. But when I went to use the app on my iPad, I couldn’t access any of the pro content. I wrote to customer service asking for help, hoping for a quick response because I have a POCUS exam in a few days, and indeed I did get an immediate email back… saying they’d review my issue in 10 business days. I’m so glad I didn’t go for the full year subscription, which I very nearly did because this app looks so amazing. Really disappointed. I hope this Pro content actually exists and this isn’t a scam. I’ll happily change this review to 5 stars if they fix the problem, but if you’re seeing this 1-star review more than a couple of weeks from now you probably shouldn’t give these folks any of your money
