I had a frustrating experience with this app due to a serious account management issue. When I logged in via the browser using my email, it created one user ID. However, when I installed the app on my TV, there was no option to log in with an email—only a phone number. Entering my phone number created a separate user ID, completely disconnected from my existing account. Since I made my purchases and subscriptions through the browser (email account), I expected to access them on the app. However, none of my purchases were available. When I tried to link my email and phone number through the website, I was told they were associated with two different accounts and could not be merged. I reached out to technical support, which took ages to connect. After multiple disconnections and repeatedly explaining the issue, I was given the same unhelpful response—that they could not merge my accounts. With no way to access my purchases on the app, I was left with no choice but to delete my account entirely, losing everything in the process. This is a major flaw in account management, and the lack of proper support made it even worse. Users should not have to deal with such a fundamental issue when trying to access their purchases across different devices.

I purchased the monthly pass from Apple Store.. the money was deducted, the subscription details show when the next deduction is due but I was not able to stream via the app. I had to make another purchase a “match pass” via their web to be able to watch a match. I had first used my email address to purchase a match pass on their website as their app did not give an option to buy match pass and only had option for monthly/yearly pass. After purchasing the pass on their web using my email address I was unable to login on their app using email address as the app has no option to login using email address and you can register ONLY via your phone number. When I reached out to their customer support they asked me to raise another request to link my email and phone number (really?! SMH) Overall an annoying experience and still no resolution. Never using this app again even if ut means I have to miss my matches.

Hi team, loving this app. Please review and update these bugs and please ask testers to be active while testing. 1. App again and again gives refresh option while streaming pauses in between. 2. App will have the go back arrow non responsive while streaming, this works when we push stream to full screen and back to normal. 3. Rotational issues. When trying to do a full screen only half of the screen is visible.
