Worked fine for me
I’m an American visiting Turin—the app is a little weird but worked fine for me. Didn’t experience any crashes or other problems.

Unreliable. Do not use.
App gets hung up and after one use, stuck at a spinning wheel indefinitely. So all tickets lost. Possibly these could be recovered if you deinstall/reinstall and then file a recovery report, which is only possible if you had registered with the transit agency. Not at all suitable for tourist use. Just buy physical bus passes.
