KBZ mBanking

Since this is one of major banking services in Myanmar, there're many users who are using their services based on TRUST. The bank has no right to freeze customer's accounts without warning just because military junta order you to do. All we did is donating our own money from our accounts and the bank is freezing our accounts just because military junta want to block donating. The bank is violating consumers' rights and also human rights. What a shame KBZ bank.

This version is not ok for my phone ( ios version 13.2.3 ). I don’t know what’s wrong with that because most of IOS phones are convenient but not with mine yet. So, I always go to KBZ mobile banking website via safari and it is really annoying because it logged out again and again whenever I made the transaction in the website page. So, please update new version quickly and I hope the new one will solve my problem.

1. Give back the operation of one time OTP system when it transfer the money and ( every bank has the system) password need more charaters not just a easy guess numbers 2. Develop the system that shows our Visa/master balance credits on app not just on the old web login system (btw currency exchange rates on app is 30 cent higher than outside ) 3.Monitor all of unusual activity login and attempt for our user safely 4. Update the system of history that record every transcation we made on the app. 5. hire more IT specialists
