Worked pretty much as intended when I had to use it to get a background check for US Global Entry. Simple to use, no surprises. Interesting that it has such low ratings, definitely made me a bit uneasy when I first saw it. But yeah. Good job myID team

No options to erase data and start from scratch so if you made an error, you’re stuck in a logic loop haunting you forever because you can’t move forward due to that previous entry, but you can’t delete that previous entry either. Just stupid. Trying to help my 80 yr old mother and this is the worst UX.

1st of all, I don’t know why they need to waste taxpayers money to change something that works to something not working. 2ndly, if decide to change for whatever reason, do it properly. Now, everytime I need to access mygov account, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app, put in all my ID information to activate it. This situation persists for months by now. Multiple phone calls made to the service centre. The ultimate solution is to uninstall and reinstall. It’s a shame that a government app is badly designed. Never used an app this bad! Not even deserve one star as the effort is not necessary. I want the old app back!
