Ailo

This is the one of the silliest app I have come across. Agent managing my properties have moved to this stupid app. it requires a login almost every time you want to view what’s going on. It sends a verification code to the email address giving you 15 seconds only to enter the verification code. How stupid is that? And if you achieved enter the verification code then send another verification to your mobile. absolutely crazy.

It’s a terrible app with additional fees for “convenience” with hard to navigate ways to pay for free (only there due to Australian laws) or they would force you to pay for all the additional overhead. Rent and other bills broken out in different tabs so it’s actually hard to see a snapshot of things that are due on the main screen unless you click around. Read that it was Ray White family member who made the app thus requiring all properties managed under Ray White to use it. I’m tempted to go into their office and pay my rent in pennies if that was actually allowed. They increase fees for both tenent and landlords so the only people benefiting are the app developers- aka the Ray White brand.

The #1 reason we chose to rent through Ray White Ashgrove was because they use Ailo. We live overseas, and it’s incredible to be able to check in on our rental property literally at any time. The statements also make tax time so much easier. Highly recommend.
