I’ve been using Everspruce for over a year, and I still love it. I first got it to organize my shed so I’d stop buying the same tool three times (turns out four drills are enough 😅). Within days I was using it everywhere — kitchen, media closet, linens, you name it. The interface is incredibly intuitive and the export feature is fantastic. Setup was quick — I started with a box of chargers and had everything entered in a couple of hours. Since then, I’ve already used it multiple times to find exactly what I need. The best part? Standing in a store, pulling out my phone, and instantly knowing not only if I own a tool but exactly where it is. I’ve tried five other apps and none came close. Everspruce gets it right, and their customer service is outstanding. If you’ve ever muttered, “I know I own this… but where?” — this app is for you.
At the advice of an insurance agent, I decided to compile an inventory of my belongings in case of a loss. I intended to use Encircle, but that app proved frustrating, since there's no way to upload a batch of info, and their website is geared toward commercial customers. I searched some more online and found a recommendation for Everspruce. This turned out to be exactly what I need. While there's no way for me to directly upload a batch, the Everspruce blog provided a template and instructions, making it easy for me to organize my info. I then emailed it to them, and they were able to upload all my data within a week. Much faster than if it I'd tried entering everything one item at a time. Now all I have to do is attach pics of everything. Why would I go to all this trouble? Well despite my somewhat frugal lifestyle, I've accumulated some good furniture, some nice work clothes, etc over the years. I have a replacement value renters policy, and it turns out that i didn't have enough coverage. If I have a total loss (like a fire guts this place), I would not have had enough money from insurance to replace everything. Since using Everspruce, I now know the true replacement value of my stuff, and I've increased my policy to cover everything. I pray I never need to cash in like that, but if, God forbid, it comes to that, Everspruce had all my info saved, and I'm fully covered by insurance. This app is wonderful!
I was on the hunt for an app that could do it all -keep all of my items in check (living room, bedrooms, attics, garage, etc.) and I ran across this app. I’ve used other apps to help me organize and those rivals simply do not compare to the Home Declutter App Everspruce. When trying to use rivals, I found myself trying to set up to get my house organized on the apps for about fifteen to twenty minutes before I was able to send in my first item. The interface on competitors’ apps is bland and is confusing to use. Not only that, but my wife and kids come home with new gadgets and gizmos all the time and struggle to figure out how to use the apps, just the same as me. Then I turned to Everspruce. This app is amazing in every way possible. It’s super easy to use and I got it going in as little as a as a couple minutes, but had the option to start listing items immediately. The kids use the app with ease, adding items to the folders as we go on the family iPad, while enabling me to get down to letting me list the 13mm socket I left in my toolbox a couple years ago. I never was a big organizer, but this app definitely motivated me to do just that. Everspruce is now my go-to whenever I need to find an item and I cannot remember where it went. I now keep every room in the house in check, and have kept the house “decluttered” like the app says it does. I am definitely not disappointed and will recommend this app to anyone that’s looking for a way to organize with peace of mind.
