So I wanted Bone-in Wings last night and I love the crispy texture of the wings from Popeyes. However when I made my purchase I was reassured at the Drive-Thru that I had everything in my bag, and my food was fresh. These were half way correct my wings were miniature wings now WTHell Popeyes Corporate are the Tariffs causing this huge decline in your food supply?? I politely whipped my car back around to park and I went inside and showed the quality of my food and the staff was very apologetic. I also asked, for a fresh Apple Pie being that my Red Beans and Rice were the hottest thing in my bag but it was very soupy and I didn’t eat it after one bite. Overall Madison (a new employee) was very friendly, and nice. Hopefully they keep this staff cause finding decent young people with a willingness to work and they have social interaction skills is hard to come by. Everyone here last night made this review stand out from the negative feedback they some reviews tend to often focus more towards offering. 5/5 Customer Service.

From the time I placed my mobile order to the time it took me to receive my order, y'all I swear it was as fast if not faster than ordering in line!! How can I tell it was that fast you ask? Because I was literally in line behind 2 cars when I saw a poster about the app. Downloaded installed and now browsing the app, behind 1 car. Decided on the largest family meal they had and then saw a promotion for free chicken sandwich on orders over $10 which I believe is on app only. Press order and pay as I was pulling up to the intercom. Told them my name and that I just ordered from the app and not sure if it would show up yet. Before I could finish explaining why I would expect an order placed literally seconds ago would be posted already, he told me "ahh yes. Mr. Donnie Nguyen. We got your order. Please pull around". Both the app and the location deserved all the praises. Everything felt so fast and seamless. My order was piping hot and nothing's missing. I never left a review before. At least not on the app store. The times that I do leave any review it would be maybe once per year. If that. I'm so amazed that I had to write this review even before eating my order but I already know it's gonna be banging. Download the app and get y'all some chicken already.

I signed up for the Popeye’s Rewards and ordered online. There I was offered a FREE 6 piece wings with a $10 order. I ordered the 5 pc Chicken Tenders large meal so it totalled $18 and some change so I added that to my order. At checkout I was given a FREE desert, I think it was a carmel apple danish of some kind so I proceeded to check out. I tried to use my Apple Pay to place and secure my order. I then proceeded to the drive thru but as I drove up, I noticed that my order hadn’t been placed because somehow my payment wasn’t going through. Fortunately, the guy taking orders at the window was able to help me. He was so friendly, patient and helpful even when I started to feel anxiety because now there was a line behind me and I was the one holding it up. The drive thru guy told me not to worry and that the app was giving other people problems over the weekend. Since my Apple Pay wasn’t going through, I tried entering a credit card and finally it took. Antonio, the drive thru guy went above and beyond with helping me place this order and didn’t make me feel like a big dummy but was very easy going and gracious about the whole ordeal.
