My Venture

I’ve been using the My Venture app for years now, making bookings and collecting Me-Vees! I’ve enjoyed plenty of goodies over the years. It’s rare for me to have any problems with the app at all… A failure to scan a receipt maybe… but no complaints from me.

We love visiting the Venture restaurants, particularly Bianco and Empire. The rewards points are exciting to collect for us tourists as they never run out of date. So when you only visit 5-6 times a year you can still accumulate a good amount. The one thing that is disappointing is the birthday reward as a tourist unless you are very lucky you never get the benefit as it’s only for a few days either side of your birthday and if you are not holidaying in Tenerife at the time you lose it It would be great if this lasted a calendar year.

App is fairly straightforward to use. I tried to book Imperial Thai Pan the other night but only gave me the option of booking Teppanyaki. This is not what i wanted so i never booked. As you are aware i have been using your app for a long time now. I come to Tenerife 3 times a year. On my last visit in March 25, i learned through a friend about collecting Me Vees. I have never been asked to scan my bill by any member of staff and did not know such an incentive existed. I sent an email to Venture Group regarding this issue and never even received a response. I also now book through The Fork app and automatically receive my credits. I thought you may have awarded me some Me Vees as you know how often i use your restaurants. Overall i am disappointed with Venture. Regards, Colin
