Suncorp Bank App

The amount of times I’ve had to call the bank and have them unable to help is ridiculous. We like our accounts and the bank itself but having to call all the time about getting locked out and it not letting us reset passwords or confirm identity properly (there’s always a system failure “call support”) is making us look at switching banks.

The app seems like it could be an interesting idea, but the support and execution I’ve seen so far has spoilt it for me. I’ve been trying to use this app since it launched, but the authentication keeps failing. I’ve been in contact with the app support team numerous times over this period, often with replies going unanswered. You might find it works better for you, but don’t hold your breath if you need support.
