App doesn’t make sense
The user experience makes no sense. You navigate the same menu in two ways. It's really confusing. And browsing the merchants is really difficult because the filtering is trash, and it doesn't load correctly so it's not possible to view a bunch of merchants. And the features available is so useless. If you want to step up your game, look up a software dev company called Entelect. You can thank me later.

No customer service!! Stay away
I have received a confirmation that my account has been paid off and closed years ago, however, the mobicred account still reflects on my credit report! I have made several calls and sent several emails to Mobicred for ages now, they promised to rectify this and never did! Now I have this credit score damaging account on my name and can’t get rid of it! Stay away from Mobicred
