For an app based on a service that’s only digital, you guys really should put in more effort to make sure this works flawlessly. Having to repetitively fill in the same data and repeat steps because the app has no context awareness apparently. At this stage I can’t even log in. Considering cancelling my policy because I can’t even access it.
I was loathe to go through the process of changing insurers but decided to give Naked a go. I couldn’t have had an easier experience. The app is fantastic and I’m saving 50% of my premiums!
The reason I’m giving 1 star is that every time I tried to sign up , it says phone number is not valid even though I’m putting correct and valid phone number
