I’ve used this app for years now and I’ve got to say it’s very handy. I don’t use my keys anymore to sign in to the group exercise classes. I use this app. Very easy and useful. I also use it to sign up for classes and I use it to remind me of the classes.

Its a great way to track your workouts (and days of non-workouts 😂)
The notifications are real time up to date also!
An adjustment/ addition that could be added to "Type of workout" would be "stretching" this is crucial to all workouts

As a new member sometimes it is hard to set up participating in exercise schedules but after a few mis-starts now see how easy it is to use and has comprehensive list which are searchable for the ones right for me!
