The buttons are slow, unresponsive, or imprecise. The app overall is slow, which is really annoying during shows when I’m trying to tap favorites or see what might work with my current pieces. I love the concept of the closet but the “wear now” tool for each item primarily shows me pieces I don’t own, which defeats the purpose. I want to mix and match what I already have and not scroll through what is essentially a sales pitch. The back button is also maddening, it always takes you back to either the top of the catalog or the top of your closet, not where you left off before opening an item’s description. For a higher end product line I would expect a better app.

First, the good: closet feature with mix and match suggestions — it’s nice that the history and outfit suggestions reach back further into past seasons. As other reviewers have mentioned, keeping past closet items around for outfit suggestions is a key feature. And, the bad: it’s a pain to choose a stylist and/or fashion show and be asked to update my profile EVERY TIME I open the app. Can’t this information be saved so I can skip this step and get right to the good stuff? I was an early adopter of the app and liked using it for shopping, at parties, and for outfit planning. Going through set up steps every time I open the app is getting tedious and making the experience awful.

I wish we could keep our closet items we’ve purchased in past seasons. I’ve had many of my closet items disappear after a certain number of seasons. At least half of my Cabi wardrobe isn’t available in my Cabi tap closet any more. They are great pieces, that still carry color into newer seasons. And I’d like to be able to continue getting suggestions on adding new items to freshen wardrobe of items I bought three and four years ago.
