I have several annuity accounts with National Life Group. The continued improvements in their application resonate with useful and pertinent up to date information that I very much appreciate having at my fingertips!! I go to it whenever I am assessing my financial status. I can refer to it quickly when talking to or meeting with my financial planner.

I know this probably won’t do anything but I guess they have no standard for their agents. I was sold on an indexed life policy under the expectation that I had access to the funds whenever. Well, I ended up canceling the policy after putting over $1k in and got no money back. Thinking this was strange I called the company and they explained that there is a penalty fee until the account has been open for 10 years so I don’t get anything from the account.
Kind of ridiculous, not a fan. Make sure to really understand the terms because the agents can lie and mislead you with no repercussions.

The app is great, it’s very simple and easy to use, however I think you might be able to have access to a few more things that they include in the email information regarding your policy. Otherwise I have no complaints. Great company, best life insurance products out there, great agents, and great app!
