I paid my dad's celcom bill through my celcom life apps since it has the option to pay for "others". The 1st time I did, the payment reflected in my account. I was not aware of it at first but after 2days my parent received reminder sms from celcom to settle outstanding bill. I thought maybe I have wrongly paid it to my account. then I did another payment and it still reflected in my account. Now I have paid RM168 to my account. I called the customer service and she said the apps can only be used to pay for 1 account only. If the apps can only paid for only 1 account, pls remove the feature paid for others. When I want to transfer the payment to my parent's account, she need verification from my parent??!!! Why is it so hard to transfer?!! It's not like I want the payment to be stopped/ cancelled. And I already paid twice and I am the one who made the payment. Your team need to remove the feature if it cannot be use properly. Why do you not troubleshoot the feature before releasing it? Even small start up company know to troubleshoot any apps before releasing it. Yours is not a start up company. Make sure your team do the job properly. We paid by money not by air.

Greetings to whom may concern, Recently switched to Celcom service in reasoning of thought that I could have an exceptional internet speed line. For what I thought could be helpful to my subscription to your service is now a downhill spiral when things took a left turn. I have not made any calls or any sms regarding and only subscribed to one of the plan package that was offered. Sometimes I laugh it off when my line bar is 3/4 or full at times with 4G connection; but takes forever to load a website or app or even loading video. I wondered why. As of right now my current plan subscription expires within the next two weeks but the messages keep popping up saying “you do not have a sufficient balance for calls to the dialed number. When I check the app my credit balance was just gone just like that without me using any sms or phone calls yet. Gone, just like the wind. I wondered what could be draining my credit balance without me using it. It makes zero sense when it comes to it don’t you think? To recap, Got Celcom sim > top-up to subscribe to a plan > existing remaining credit balance > two weeks passed > credit balance at zero without my knowing > internet subscription not loading when already subscribed > line 3/4 or sometimes 4 bar with 4G listed but takes forever to load apps, videos, transferring and receiving files etc. It hasn’t been a month yet from me using this service and I can see the trouble you have caused not only me but the rest as well. How would I trust such service if it happens to be so as it is?

To be honestly, i’m using celcom more than 2 years plus. I’m greatly appreciated about the services, network, coverage and the data plan is quite cheapest while the 3mbps 1 month data is still good for streaming and surfing. Celcom plan had never ever changed the plan untill now but only changed at once before even though it’s still can get an free extra package data usage. I’m highly recommend to those who never use celcom before. This is my second time giving compliment on comment because i’m always be loyal to celcom. I had subscribe the “All 5 call me tones” Hopefully i can win the contest of iphone 12 pro max coming up on 4th june. Thank you celcom!
