Have spent hours trying to get this very simplistic app working. Sometimes it recognizes my hearing aids, but mostly not. When it does recognize them, it forgets them when I put my iPhone asleep. It does so little that it is really not worth the frustration
I have the iPhone X s Max and it’s not an old phone. It will not pair with the Clara hearing aids that I just purchased. I tried all day long and even called support the next day and they could not figure it out either. So I guess I just can’t use this app at all. Also the other app for my remote will not pair. Same exact problem. I have the uStream remote and have no way of using either of these apps. I do like the hearing aids, but I’d love to have the extra control options that suppose to come with these two apps that I absolutely cannot use. For that I give my lowest rating allowed.
