Dishonest promos?
I don’t understand how you can offer a promo based off of betting a certain amount, and then not honor the promo. Even worse, they do not give a reason for not honoring the promo, they just say marketing made a decision. That’s fine then give me back my bet I placed to get the promo. There are a lot of casinos out there, at least go with one that honors their promotions or gives you an explanation for why they are not. Terrible

Great food and fun slots but most of all the staff and hosts are welcoming as well as helpful. Rewards have gotten better with nice gifts for your slot play. I’ve picked up almost half a dozen gifts this year. Have fun and good luck to all.
