Never got my order, been about a year now.. When I placed the order I did the scan, they worked on the glasses then they shipped it. I waited a few weeks nothing came and tracking wasn’t updating. I emailed them they said it got lost in the mail… that they’ll reship them. I said okay and I waited. I received the new tracking number and got a notification that it shipped. I waited. Tracking was not updating and showed it didn’t get touched by the shipper just like the previous one. They emailed me saying there was a problem with the scan that I had to do another facial scan. I told them that couldn’t be the problem because It said that they won’t ship unless the scan is completed and the glasses were made… how could you even ship them if the scan wasn’t good? Why not tell me that when I placed the order right away? Why wait a few months after placing the order to tell me the facial scan wasn’t good? They never replied back to my email asking those questions it’s been a year almost. And never sent my glasses out or issued me a refund. They took my money, came up with a excuse, after confronting them they stopped communicating. 🤡

Just heard from a co-worker you were manufacturing and shipping a set of goggle to first responders for free! Thank you so Much for your willingness to support people on the front lines during these unprecedented times. Went through your incredibly easy scanning and ordering process in just a couple minutes and eagerly await the set of clear lenses (although mirrored would have been really cool). Can’t wait for when this all starts to ramp down and the pools open back up. I’ll be ordering a couple sets for sure and you’ve probably just made a customer for life.

I love swimming but don’t do it as I never find goggles that fit. A friend recommended themagics and I decided to give it a try. Not only is it an innovative and overdue concept, but they make it so easy: in the app, all you do to link your order is to enter your email address, and then do a quick facial scan. Can’t wait to get my goggles and see how well they work!
