The fireplace will not connect to the WiFi. Even after reaching out to them. I have done all of the things you have suggested. The fireplace still will not connect to WiFi!!! I wasted several hours the other night and again today following your direction. This is the worst product I have worked with. I went on to your application FeboLink and your reviews all say the same thing!!! No one can get connected or keep it connected. You should really make changes to your product and provide better assistance to those who have wasted money and time trying to get it to work as you state!!

The fireplace is beautiful, but to start with one of the fasteners that’s holds the top to the side won’t hold so it was basically broken from the first set up. After fighting for quite some time, I finally got the WiFi to work... the key selling point for me (I am a truck driver) was being able to turn this on and off remotely. I couldn’t get it to work so I emailed customer support. I have yet to get a response from them. I even purchased an echo dot to try to run it but that hasn’t worked either! I am planning on returning this fireplace as it is not helping my energy savings that I was trying for! Total waste of money!!!

After messing with getting the app connected for a little while I decided to look at the reviews. Luckily someone above me said you have connect it to the 2.4ghz. So I had to log into my router and disable the 5ghz and then the fireplace found my 2.4 network and it worked! I am not sure why the app even looks for 5ghz if it’s not going to connect to it! After the app connected it worked as intended. The instructions say to slide your fingers to change the temp or fireplace setting but what they don’t tell you is to start on the dot in the middle and slide. So for example put your thumb on the 90 degree number and then slide down. Thought I would write a review and try to save some people some time.
