So I purchased this awhile ago. Since I’ve have someone use a Master for my garage and took some things out of my car and garage, I’m trying to put this camera up in there. I don’t like that the time is in military time. Trying to see if it will even work since my garage is about 60 feet from my residence. It’s not in true color as the pictures show. Haven’t had any alerts and the device is still sitting right next to me and is connected to my wifi. Idk, I might have to get something more reliable.

Overall works ok. The controls for moving the camera work well and the speaker interface. However a lot of the other settings don’t seem to work well at all and the settings menu is not very user friendly. The alerts don’t work properly for me at all. There is no pop up window to tell me there’s motion detected, the only alert I get is if the app is open and then why would I need an alert? I’m already watching it! It will also go off randomly while the app is open and there’s no movement or as I open the app. I’ve just turned the setting off since it doesn’t work right. It would be nice if there was a setting to override the night vision setting or select which setting to have it in. During the day it will switch back and forth on its own based on the lighting in the room but it sometimes gets confused by the smallest amount of light coming in from the sides of the curtains. When the camera changed from night vision to normal mode it makes a very audible click, which can be very distracting and I worry will end up waking my baby. There’s a few options in settings that I don’t even know what they do or how they work. An email alert setting doesn’t have any directions on how to set it up so it’s pointless unless you’re super computer savvy.

ALWAYS MOVES BY ITSELF! Says it detects motion n it starts moving by itself like if someone is spying on it. Overall works decently. However my camera was moving by itself, and I also noticed this was a free cheap camera that my uncle won in a casino. Im not sure if its being hacked or tempered with since I don’t have evidence other than camera moving on its own without me controlling it sometimes. But im also worried about wifi being exposed n devices connected to wifi if that is the case.
