I was all excited to use this app at my community because its a pain having to pull out my key fob all the time to lock and unlock to door. And well the concept of this app was good but how do you create an app with an unlock feature but no lock feature. Mind boggling to me. And then I go to unlock the door to test it out and I am standing right in front of it and it wouldn’t work (lol)
Guess I better make sure I always have my key fob oh wait I will because you can’t use the app to lock the door. Oh and the remote feature doesn’t work. I have no doors associated with my account to look up. Excited down to a 3.

I have the app on my phone, but it’s inconvenient. My building gave me—and a few other residents a FOB—still quicker and easier to use than the app. That notwithstanding, the app works, but I rarely use it.

Seems to overall work okay. About 1/2 of the time it works where I just walk up to the door and it unlocks and 1/2 of the time I have to physically open the app and hold it near the reader (only about 1/4 of those times I had previously force closed the app). A bit annoying but overall effective. I don’t use any of the fancy features I see listed - I don’t think those are an option at our building.
