1. The volume on bell ringer should be able to go higher or lower. Currently it’s too low. 2. The call drops when you switch from using phone to alpha touch. There should be a function to allow you to reconnect when that happens. Not user friendly. 3. Calls are no longer coming into my app instead delivery calls are coming into my home office home which I don’t have access to allow person entre. This system needs many improvements.

The system has some issues that need to be improved, for example you can't turn the volume up and down in the app and it's too low so you can barely hear when someone ring. You also can't see if someone is outside unless they ring and also suddenly one day I stopped receiving direct calls from the doorbell in the app, it just rings the phone with an unknown number. I hope they can fix the issues soon because I've already had packets lost due to not ringing the doorbell or not hearing it. I see someone made a similar comment a year ago, I hope you take it more seriously by fixing it.
