Never put much thought into my pension, freaked me out at first - how little I had in my pot but the tools and forecasting make it easy to make changes in contributions & transfers and to see what is realistic for my future savings, plus isa savings was a nice additional

The app is ok but as others have said it can take a while (sometimes over a week) to show deposits into your account. It will however show the daily fluctuations in the value of your pot. I’ve contacted customer service twice about deposits being made to my account but not showing for a week plus at times and they’ve come back to me quickly and within a short period of time after, it’s showing. Customer service is efficient even if the app can be a bit slow. My main gripe, and I don’t know if this is a security feature, is that every so often it will tell me my PIN is incorrect for no reason. It’s 100% the correct pin as I log in every day. I need to then click on “i have forgotten my pin” to reset it and it works just fine until a few months later when the app decides my PIN isn’t my PIN any longer. If it’s for security purposes then fine, but make it clear rather than say the PIN is incorrect. If not a security feature, then it’s really irritating.

The app provides ok functionality. You can view and change investments although it can be a bit clunky at times. My main concerns is recently that my balance has not updated for several days whereas it used to change daily with market fluctuations and deposits. Not sure if it is a bug or new way of displaying balances. Either way it’s annoying and hopefully daily balance update will return soon.
