Time Internet

The terms and conditions are very unclear on the plans and add ons, i had to pay extra installation fee for them to come up the second time because the wifi is totally inaccessible from the room i rent. And very poor flexibility from the team, i wanted to make some add ons and it couldnt be provided because for some reasons i do not understand, and i was asked to cancel the appointment and make a new one. If you are reading this comment, please call the team and consult on the wifi plan that you are looking on getting because the app is not clear enough! You will likely end up spend more than you actually have to fix bits and pieces and get everything right! And also, why cant even i log in to my account, i had to reset my password every single time to log in to my account, please fix it hello??

Usually takes 2-3 minutes to load into the front page. Not a network issue as the same behavior occurs either using my mobile data or connected to my home wifi (which is their own). Cant load payment page occasionally (like 2 out of 5 times?). Sometimes, the app faces issue pulling my user data correctly as well. Eg: not all my profile details are displayed. Lots of improvement needed.

I’ve used their service for over 3 years and liked how fast their internet is. When it came the time for me to terminate, which any one would do that right before they switch to another service or leave the country. Guess what? They ask you for a notice period of 1 month!!! For what!!! Are you trying to find a replacement for me?? I hope the Malaysian government can put an end to such unfair practices. You don’t need a notice period to cancel your Netflix subscription. You don’t even need it to cancel from TM internet. This greedy company put this rule to exploit their clients who are leaving, maybe as a punishment, I’m not sure what their motivations are, but it’s just outrageous.
