I must confess I was very skeptical about Body Groove for a long time. I would see the ads on Facebook and think, this looks ridiculous! To be honest, I’m not even sure why I finally decided to try it out but one day I decided to click on the ad. It’s possible that it was due to COVID-19 and not being able to get out of the house much, but I started reading Misti’s story and felt an instant connection to her. I’ve never struggled with weight but I have some very significant health issues that challenge me every day. I also had a very troubled childhood, which has left me with self-esteem and confidence issues that I have struggled with my entire life. Taking the 30 Day Challenge has been hard for me. I have end stage renal disease and many days I struggle with chronic fatigue and muscle pain. Many days I want to dance and just can’t find the energy but when I do, it takes me back to the days when I was younger and had dreams of becoming a dancer. It invigorates me and gives me the knowledge and belief that I can still pursue my dreams and goals, even with all the challenges I face. It also reminds me that I don’t have to look like or be like anyone else to be good enough. I truly appreciate all that Misti has been through and her willingness to use her struggles to help others. I’m working my way through and it may take some time but I’m determined to keep it up.

I have been doing body groove on demand for just about a year now, I’ve done both 30 day challenges multiple times, I own the DVDs and I’ve done every workout on the Body Groove site at least once. I do the work out of the day every day. On June 7th, I had to stop because I was having 2 very major spinal surgeries (6/7 and 6/11). I’m in a rehab hospital now and I have been listening to Body Groove’s WOD daily. Today for the first time I felt that i could actively Groove. I got my ego in check and did Young at Heart#1 in its entirety, with a huge smile on my face and feeling so so good in a way that all the other therapies can’t quite do.
Body Groove, Misty Tripoli, and Heather Winia give so much more than “exercise” routines - it’s about a positive outlook and a happy perspective in life as much as a workout. I can’t imagine there a time I wouldn’t groove. It has given me so much internally as well as externally. I’m 65 and I’m going to return to an incredibly active and busy life and Body Groove is an integral part of every day. Grooving keeps me strong and flexible in my head and heart, as well as my physical being. What more could anyone ask for? Thank you Misty, Heather, and the World Groove Movement!!

I love to dance, but I don’t love to exercise so when I saw the ad I was super excited. Happily paid the membership fee and got started integrating it into my daily routine. Had trouble getting it onto the TV which was a factor in my decision. Reached out to technical support. I got no response. After a few days the joints in my hips were not happy with my decision. Was limping for a few days. So if you do try this, to take it slow. I decided this app wasn’t for me so I attempted to get my refund. According to the ad they give you a generous trial period, but again I never heard from anybody. Apparently the owner doesn’t pay any attention to the messages. I replied to emails, I went on the Facebook page and left a message, and I even tried calling a number I found, but got nowhere. Contacted my credit card company and was able to get it refunded. The company didn’t respond to my credit card company either so eventually I got my refund. I wouldn’t bother with this app unless you’re are able to use it from your iPhone. The technology team is nonexistent. Other than that I love the idea, the passion, vision behind it, the videos are great and they’re so much versatility. The music is wonderful. It’s really a great app, she just dropped the ball on supporting the customer after purchase.
