After reinstalled twice the app Still crashing before going to the desk selection screen.

The app generally works for me. I updated my review because they fixed the problem they were having for one day where the app and website were out of commission. Otherwise I haven’t had issues with it and it seems intuitive.

When I first used this app a few weeks ago, it was completely unusable and I had to revert to using the desktop version. It has gotten a lot better in the current version, to the point that I can successfully check in on the morning of my desk reservation! This is great progress. The user experience needs work. It's not very easy to find the reserved desk upon entering the office, for example: there's lots of zooming in and out on floor plans and looking around, perhaps in part because the physical desks at our office do not have numbers on them. But progress is progress.
