If you want a detailed and easy to use calculator you can use to estimate future principal payments and payoff scenarios with both incremental monthly progress, monthly progress and overall totals - this is what you are looking for.
Been using for years, just bought the pro version to support the developer. Would love to see iCloud backup for saved loans.
This is by far the best mortgage calculator. I use this on iPhone and iPad and pay for the pro version because I want to support the developer. This is someone who created a very functional and easy to use app. 1 suggestion: Please, please, Please let the iPad version work in landscape so I can use it when my iPad is docked on the keyboard.
