So far is a good service for a city like Bogota, where traffic jams in small travels can be avoided by bike. Two things can be improved though: First, the app consumes a lot of battery, try to optimize that battery drainage. Second, the app is available only in Portuguese; at least it should have the option to configure English (And in the case of Latin America, Spanish).

I’ve used New York’s system and used DC’s scores of times, I was so disappointed when I learned foreigners couldn’t use Bogotá’s new bike share network. That’s in the past. 2023 is here and I can use Tembici, and love it. App is simple to use, bikes (especially electric versions) are amble and conveniently located.

I’m not from Bogota, but this provided a great option for tourism and I love that it is in other cities too.
