I ordered some boxes as per their commercial and for three days wasn’t delivered, no way to contact them and don’t know what’s happening? اعتقد اول و اخر مره اطلب منهم. طلبت الطلبيه و حددت تاريخ التوصيل و مرت ٣ ايام لا حد كلمنا و لا عارفه اتواصل معاهم؟ هل وزارة التجاره تسمح بهذا الشي؟ و الا نستفسر من حماية المستهلك؟ دعايات لاستغلال المستهلك و بس،

I have been ordering from Tania via calling there representative, for over five years and while they have stop supporting that I had to gave the app a go as there was no other solution. The order came in the delivery window I have chosen and I was able to pay via Mada Card as the representative would have a card machine within Riyadh City according to the costumer service only major city can pay by card on delivery as this option is not showing within the app. I had to explain to the representative the amount of money I am paying and show him my order which is kinda weird. The point is this app is so basic it might get the work done if it wasn't busy time. But it is not fully automated. It feels like the boss behind the big server is approving orders one by one. At the end I have received my order and got a notification from the app 10+ hours later that it was delivered. And sadly two of the gallons were leaking. And thats another product quality control conversation not an app preview. I do recommend it if you are living in a mjor city and will be paying by Mada card otherwise I would suggest buying cash or wait till the support your location or fully automate the app.

This app is so bad I don’t think this is a real company. It may be a scam. You place an order and weeks will pass only to have the order cancelled. It will sit for weeks without a response. The telephone number listed doesn’t go through to the company. Sometimes you place an app order and then the app won’t open, at all, in any way. I think it may be a scam.
