I like the reason behind this app. I myself am just fine with using my phones browser but the idea is pretty cool (I also don't buy plugs/tunnels like a shopaholic either though). It's a first draft of the app and I really didn't see anything wrong with it. Easy to browse (minus the letdown if a certain item wasn't my size since there is no "Browse by Size" option), stylish format that is definitely less cluttered as when I'm looking with my phones browser, and easy checkout! I'd definitely recommend using the app if you do look at the PYH website a lot as this is a much more mobile-friendly format.

I ordered a pair of custom plugs for my girlfriend to give to her on Christmas. They had a picture on them that I uploaded, and I made sure that all of the sizing was fine because I know that custom pieces are difficult and take some time. I was able to also order a pair of free plugs from a limited amount of choices, so I did! When the 2 pairs of plugs I ordered came in, there was a MAJOR difference in size (at least one ENTIRE size bigger than the 7/8ths that I ordered) and I knew they wouldn't fit her. So I emailed their customer service, and got back an email relatively fast saying "We are concerned about your request, please give 48 to 72 hours for us to reply." That was back in December of 2017. It's now 4 months later, and I've emailed them again at least once, with absolutely no reply. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the free plugs that came along with my order fit my girlfriend just fine (even though those are slightly bigger than her size), and the quality of both pairs of plugs is pretty alright. So now my girlfriend has a pair of plugs that she can't wear, and I still have yet to hear ANYTHING back from the email that I received asking for 48-72 hours. All in all, this company seems to be pretty hit or miss.

I have probably given you guys tons of sales 😂 I wear plug for you guys all the time, and always get tons of compliments 💁🏻‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️. Idk about that guy with the two star review, but I called your customer service, once upon a time. I was waiting on a shipment and it was taking kinda long. The chick who picked up was super friendly and down to earth. She assured me you guys were waiting on another batch of the free tunnels because you sold much more than expected durning the sale and I would get them within the next 10 days. Not only did I get them soon after I also had a free holder as well as the free tunnels!!! I think their products are stunning!!! All the products are super well made!! You can find anything from funny or political to professional or expressional. Also, they have some other gear for faces and such, care products, shirts, and other shtuff like that.
