Plug Your Holes

I ordered a pair of dangle gauges and it was supposed to come in about a week maybe a week in half (completely reasonable). But, it ended up being over a month until I got the gauges I ordered. When I ordered the gauges they were in stock but when I emailed customer service AFTER asking them on Instagram (they were rude) they said that the pair of gauges that I ordered are out of stock. So which I asked if I just cancel the order and have my money back because they didn’t know when they’ll be in stock and I wasn’t going to wait any longer than I already have. But they insisted that I pick another pair that matches the price of the gauges that I originally ordered, so I did. But instead they told me that my original order was shipped a couple of days after I gave them another pair of gauges around the same price as the original pair that i ordered. Also, I paid for tracking for my shipment so I would know where my package would be. But, it said that I wasn’t able to track my package that I had to order it. So, I emailed customer supervise again, and they said that there were technical difficulties within tracking my package, and I got a 10 dollar off coupon since my tracking wasn’t working (which is nice thank you). When I FINALLY got the pair that I ordered, they didn’t want to screw on the back and they feel very cheap. I feel as if I’ll break them by putting them on. Also, side note, the process of emailing them took 2 in a half weeks because they don’t respond back very fast.

I needed a new pair of black plugs as I'd outgrown my favorite pair, and I was short on cash, so when I got the text to download the app I figured "why not?" I'm not one for rating apps, but I love PYH and will be using this app in the future, so here goes. I did this as scientifically as possibly, playing around ordering from the app, then closing it and going through the same motions (without ordering) on the mobile site. I didn't have access to a laptop/desktop because those are upstairs, it is Sunday, my kid is at her father's house, and I'm going to be lazy. Is it better than using the full desktop site (based on 95% of my past orders having been made through desktop)? No. But it IS better than the mobile site on iOS. One thing I'd like to see added: you can't sort by price (that I could see - if you can, maybe make it easier to figure out for kind of dumb people like myself) and there is a bit of a lag when going through the menus as opposed to using the mobile site on the same Wifi connection with nothing else running in the background (to make sure it is the app, not the connection). If you touch a category that you didn't mean to touch and go back right away to touch the category you actually wanted, the app freezes for a bit. While I would still prefer to use the actual PYH website on a desktop or laptop, the app does make ordering quicker and easier compared to the mobile site, if you know what you want. The app is definitely beyond functional, though, and account access is pretty thorough. This is a very good first try and I will most likely use it in the future. Good job.

I like the reason behind this app. I myself am just fine with using my phones browser but the idea is pretty cool (I also don't buy plugs/tunnels like a shopaholic either though). It's a first draft of the app and I really didn't see anything wrong with it. Easy to browse (minus the letdown if a certain item wasn't my size since there is no "Browse by Size" option), stylish format that is definitely less cluttered as when I'm looking with my phones browser, and easy checkout! I'd definitely recommend using the app if you do look at the PYH website a lot as this is a much more mobile-friendly format.
