It’s great to be able to pick who you want to cut your hair if you’ve been there before. It would be great if you could see what time you scheduled your appointment for, and to be able to change or cancel the date/time without having to call the store.

App is good about setting appointments but makes you fill out all of your information almost every time you make an appointment, even though you are signed in.

My son loves going to cookie cutter to get his hair done. However, it is very difficult because making appointments and checking our time is only through the app. I have had to download an uninstall this app more times than I can even count. Even after that, I rarely can get through the app because it freezes.
