Kettering Health has been saddled with this albatross of a messaging platform due to its founder coming from Kettering. This app has about the same amount of features as iMessage when it first released, is unreliable, and in my opinion endangers patient care. You cannot copy text. You cannot forward some chats. You have no way to know who is available online within the app. Messages are limited to SMS length, and it will not create new messages if you paste longer text. You must individually paste in paragraphs that fit the arbitrarily small message size. There is clearly no money put toward development anymore, and its user interface looks like something beta tested in 2008.
