I love playing this bingo game, however it is disappointing when the same people win the bingo jackpot all the time and place number one every week

Hi, I wanted to report an issue. This has happened a few times. I won a jackpot- the first time I was offline in the fast game but after winning the game AND the jackpot, instead of crediting my jackpot earnings like usual, it froze up and the winni didn't transfer. I spend more money than I should play this game so when I hit a jackpot it's a welcomed big deal. A one time occurrence is something I could write off as bad luck but happening three times is not only inexcusable but borderline suspect. I can appreciate that you get lots of messages but please try to appreciate where, as a paying customer, that I'm coming from. Thanks, Erin R.

I needed something else to play and came across this…love it. I also play Lua Bingo but always says reconnecting. Very annoying. So I limit Lau and play more Zodiac.
