Was able to hop on the WiFi at the museum to download the app. The app worked fine during our visit.
Keep crashing all the time during using it. Totally crap app. Ruined my tour of Art in Paradise.
We went to the the Chiang Mai art in paradise and had a blast there. The worst part was this stupid app. First we had to download it and it took 5 mins. Then once it’s downloaded you have at add the Chiang Mai installation. That took 10-15 mins. Once it was loaded we finally were able to start using it. Except the video bounced around so you can’t actually watch it. Or you will get it where it grays out and interrupts your video. After we used it for a few times, it stopped recording any video or pictures. So we took a few that didn’t get into my gallery. So finally we just used the app to see what the item looks like, then just took normal pictures with our cameras and have now deleted this pointless app. We were so excited for the great app. But when you spend 400 BHT for the exhibits and they talk about their app, don’t get your hopes up that it will actually work. Hopefully they will fix this so people can actually have access to what they advertise.
