Riverside Transit BusWatch

I downloaded the app because the bus signs said it would help me see when the bus would get here. I opened the app twice and then after that it never let me open the app again. It always said there’s no connection or that there was a problem with the system. Also the app was very confusing to use at first and very buggy. It was difficult to use without the app freezing. A better app to use would be transit. That’s the app that I use and it always tells me what bus to take and when. I do not recommend this app.

The only truly reliable route is route 28 almost every other route starts late in the day and ends early leaving people stuck places. This app is amazing but there’s just not enough service to truly help anyone. Too many people get stuck places due to this including myself.

It isn't a well-functioning app. I have missed buses which—anyone living in Southern California who occasionally needs to take a bus knows—dues to the constant geotag location error that pops up every four or five times I open the app (buses run every hour in Riverside, CA; you miss one, you're an hour+ late for work). My location on my phone is on; it always is for this reason: to check bus times when I need to take one. This is a terrible error that should be fixed immediately.
