I’m incredibly grateful for the financial assistance program offered through my workplace. During a difficult time, the support provided much-needed relief and eased some of my financial stress. I truly appreciate having an employer that cares about its employees and offers meaningful support when it’s needed most. I highly recommend this program to anyone experiencing financial hardship.

I had the best experience with Cam he was great. He answered all my questions he returned. All my phone calls never left me wondering on what to do always came up with a solution. If he didn’t know, he found one out from what the text knew to help out. Very good with helping me problem solve to find out the problem of why I wasn’t getting emails from Brightside or why my spending account wasn’t working or why my savings account wasn’t working. He was there from the beginning to the end worked with me very patient. Understood very communicative and overall very good representative and customer service person for Brightside. He should get a raise as well as his coworker. Maya she was the absolute best as well. She listened. She helped me out very patient very understanding. Also another great customer service representative that you guys have working for you. She deserves a raise.

Hi, I have given 3 stars to inform other consumers that are eligible for services through Brightside that TrueConnect requires a $33,000 base pay. For any stay at home Moms/Dads, college students, disabled people, senior citizens, etc. they may fall beneath that threshold as part time employees, that may have trouble getting approved then I would like to inform them that the base pay threshold for the “no credit check” loan option may be why. I have spoken with TrueConnect and Sunrise Banks in which they have denied that such limitation exists although Brightside has stated that it does. Sunrise has stated that it would be illegal for them to dictate who can and can’t apply which that is true according to the federal laws under the FDCPA, ECOA, and the CFPB etc. The Brightside customer service was great and definitely helpful although TrueConnect & Sunrise Bank not so much. I will return with an update upon any new assistance that I receive in regards to a solution, hopefully I can give a 5 star review. I am just looking out for my fellow consumers.
